ACT DET External Review of School Based Management
In February 2009, the Allen Consulting Group was commissioned by the Department of Education and Training (DET) to undertake a review of School Based Management (SBM) practices in the ACT. The Review will provide an update on, and evaluate developments since, the 2004 review of SBM in the ACT. It will also evaluate the current efficiency and effectiveness of SBM against its core objectives. The Issues Paper frames the context of, and terms of reference for, the Review. The Evaluation Criteria provides a framework against which the efficiency and effectiveness of current SBM practices will be assessed.
